To this end, the UNC hopes to reach out as an asset to the judicial system processes and ease the world's already overburdened courts in offering alternative means to adjudicate cases of disputes through our network of Arbitration Courts. UNC Court of Arbitration Network is a global network of arbitration courts with branches planned to be within reasonable traveling distance of every corner of the world. But we can not ease the pressure on the world's overstretched legal systems unless individuals and organisations are aware of and opt for the services we can freely offer, and we can not offer these services withut your continual support.

The services of the UNC Court of Arbitration Network can be elicited by the general public through the simple insertion of an arbitration clause electing the UNC to be the first point of call to resolve dischord in the event a dispute settlement is required. We recommend the clause also state that the UNC resolution is to be binding as it is our intention to ease pressure on the courts but even if binding resolution is opted for statutory rights are not affected and the non-binding option for which the UNC will charge is also a possibility.
